On behalf of the entire Delamar Family, our hearts go out to all, as our communities endure this unprecedented crisis.  We will get through these challenging times together and we send you our best wishes for your safety and well-being.  

We have modified our hotel operations during this time.  In compliance with Governor Whitmer’s executive order, we are ready and willing to welcome first-responders, government workers and healthcare professionals on the front lines of the COVID-19 crisis.

Your Health and Safety

Delamar Hotels are committed to the wellbeing of each and every guest and we have taken precautionary measures in order for us to continue to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests and employees.

While our standard cleaning routines are very thorough, we have implemented additional measures at all of our hotels in response to COVID-19.  Our employees are well advised that they must stay home if they feel sick or unwell.  Our leadership team is closely following the latest guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) related to COVID-19. 

Updated Reservations Policy:

Understanding that flexibility is important during these changing times, we have updated our cancellation policy.  You may cancel or modify your reservation, without penalty, up to 72 hours prior to arrival for stays thru July 1, 2020.  We will continue to monitor and revisit this policy based on Federal and State guidelines

Supporting our Employees:

Because of this pandemic crisis, over 300 of our loyal and dedicated employees have been affected financially. We have set up a Delamar Family Relief Fund, where 100% of the donations will be given to help support our employees who are not able to work at this time.  Any donation would be greatly appreciated by those who are struggling to make ends meet.

Gift Certificate Donation

Due to unprecedented circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we will be donating 50% of all gift certificates purchased for our hotels, to our dedicated employees during this time.
