Delamar Hotels are committed to the wellbeing of each and every guest and we have taken precautionary measures in order for us to continue to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests and employees.
While our standard cleaning routines are very thorough, we have implemented additional measures at all of our hotels in response to COVID-19. Our employees are well advised that they must stay home if they feel sick or unwell. Our leadership team is closely following the latest guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) related to COVID-19.
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas, restrooms, elevators, door handles, room keys, and high-touch points around the hotel and guestrooms.
- We have also increased the frequency of cleaning in spaces where our associates work behind the scenes, focusing on high-touch areas like employee entrances, locker rooms, offices, and laundry rooms.
- We are providing on-going training of our associates in the importance of hand hygiene, and proper disinfecting protocols that are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19.
Updated Reservations Policy
Understanding that flexibility is important during these changing times, we have updated our cancellation policy. You may cancel or modify your reservation, without penalty, up to 48 hours prior to arrival for stays thru September 1, 2020. We will continue to monitor and revisit this policy based on Federal and State guidelines.

Most restaurants and retail in Traverse City have reopened, and are welcoming visitors to town. Take a stroll downtown, visit one of the many wineries, walk to the beach, or hike any of the amazing trails Traverse City has to offer. The outdoors are open for your enjoyment! Our outdoor patio features a Summer pop-up, the Patio at the West Bay Beach, offering a fresh and local craft dining and bar experience.
